I'm new to cycling so I don't know much about the differences between bikes, but I was glad that I could purchase a mid-range bike for my needs and so far, I'm happy with it's performance.
Bradley helped me choose the right bike. He also made sure that I was fitted properly and he helped me select the accessories that I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable which was great because I'm a beginner. He was very patient - never rushed me or pressured me. It was a great experience.

I needed walking in service to replace an inner tube. The technician said, No Problem and completed the job for me. I greatly appreciated to excellant service!
Came in due to repeated flats in a back tire. Employee found staple in tire I had missed, recommended new tape due to it having shifted and exposing a hole in the wheel and recommended solutions. 20 minutes, very satisfied with the service!
Prompt service as a walk in. Went in loosing air and Venice took care of the situation on the spot.
I had my road bike serviced after the shop I used to bring it too closed/moved and they were prompt and efficient. Staff was super nice and knowledgable as well. I will bring it back.

Awesome. Knowledgeable. Fun people. Jerry was great. I had left my lights charger and he promptly texted me. i I had only gone a mile down the road but because I live 45 minutes away, it would have been a pain to go back later. A friend of mine bought the same bike the day before in another state and I shared info that she had not been given, such as the app and not to use an extension cord to charge. Thanks, guys!

Chris was amazing in getting us 2 new bikes. Wanted different size tires and had to wait for the tires since they were not in stock at the time we purchased our bikes but once the shop got them in, they were put on our bikes. My wife needed her bike post shaved down to maximize comfort. Everything was done in a timely manner and we are happy with our FX3s.
