I walk in Trek Store to investigate about a e-bike back in the year of 2018. Today, I am 71 years old and still going strong with my Trek Pedal assist E-bike. This store provide service with my e-bike. The day I turn in my e-bike, January 22, 2025, I got it overhaul at Trek Store's service. After the service, January 23, 2025, my e-bike is ready to go for spring of 2025. ( new chain, clean the back wheel, grease up the wheel bearing, and etc. )
The day I brought the E-bike, back in 2018, I had help for making my e-bike as comfortable as it can be. Trek service did this for me personally. I had shock on the front of the bike but none on the back. They recommend to get me different seat. They put in seat with shock absorber.
I am 6' 2" , 215lbs, riding a 29 inches wheels.
The e- bike you are looking for, is to go to Trek Store, because they got service. If you are 21 years old and beyond, and just want cruising any bike, it is a life time.
Remember, riding a bike it like a Journey for life.
Came in to get a feel for what to be prepared for when I purchase my first road bike. Everyone was very helpful and even fit me for a bike when I do make a purchase. Staff really took the time to explain everything to me and listened to what my plans are.
