I have always had a pretty good experience at trek. This past time it took a very long time. A couple of mistake were made in the beginning I don’t know by who, but Justin tried his best to do what he could for me service, products and price wise. I have 2 trek so I’ll probably be back.

The quality of service from the staff is outstanding. Ramon sold me my first bike since childhood back in January, and the buying experience was excellent. I recently returned and purchased a bike rack from Matt, and once again had a great experience. The Head service technician went over and above to fix my bike. He was even able to find a used part to replace the one on my bike saving me several hundred dollars!!
