Bay did a very good job with my bicycle fit. The biggest improvement was moving my cleats forward on my shoes. I now climb in a higher gear. Turning the hoods in made it easier to shift.

I took my 2022 Scott Addict to the AC-Ansley location for a minor issue the battery in the hood and left it overnight. While it was there, Alex Johnson in Maintenance noticed some hairline cracks in the rims, which were original. They called to recommend replacing the rims to avoid a catastrophic failure, which made a lot of sense.

I believe the salesman’s name that we worked with was Paul, and he was so helpful. We were in the market for a bike for my 7 year old and he showed us all of our options including the used bikes and explained the different features of each. Once we made a decision, he fit the bike for her and educated us on how to take care of it. He also let us know about their trade in program to which I love. We will be coming back for a bike for my wife in the next couple of months. Highly recommend Trek!
