Great communication and easy to work with
This was my very first time purchasing a bike & Matt made the experience super smooth and memorable. He gave us all the information that we would need to begin and made sure I left with all the important accessories. We went to several bike stores before coming to Atlanta Cycling and knew as soon as we were greeted by Matt & shown the Trek sizing machine that we were in the right place! I never write reviews but the quality of service we received was AMAZING. Thank you!!

You have a good selection of the items I need, but it is the shop employees that keep me coming back. Kevin keeps my bikes in top shape, and Matt makes sure I have whatever cycling products I may need. Everyone I interact with at the Vinings store is friendly and helpful.

I have purchased 4 bikes at Trek Greenville, SC since 2017. The employees at Trek have always made me feel welcome and are always friendly. They usually meet me in the parking lot when they see I have a bike on my rack to unload. Christopher S. was very helpful today with
with a trade-in towards the purchase of a FX Sport 4 Carbon. I’m not the most knowledgeable bicyclist, but Trek employees have always treated me with respect. Today, was no exception. Chris was great! I enjoyed riding my new bike this afternoon.
