Matt and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly when I visited Saturday afternoon. I was shown exactly the Aventon bike models I was hoping to see and immediately offered a test ride on a Level 3 that interested me. I was back within 10 minutes, bought the bike and hitch-mounted bike rack approximately 30 minutes after walking into the shop, which Matt helpfully showed me how to install on my truck.
The next part is a huge credit to Matt and crew. I left so quickly I'd forgotten to pick up the accessories box with the charger. He noticed about 5 minutes after and immediately contacted me so I was able to return quickly before the shop closed at 5pm. Thank you for the great experience!

Customer service is great at Atlanta Cycling. We brought our bike in because the chain had come off and the gentleman that looked at it showed us a bent piece replaced it put the chain back on and got us on our way and just 30 minutes. Kudos to this company.!
