We have been using Roswell Bikes for the past 3-4 years, and everyone I have worked with is great, both sales and service. As my son has progressed with mountain biking, consequently, so has my number of visits to the bike shop. The service team has been great at building our knowledge and providing realistic recommendations each time we are repairing or upgrading our bikes. Amazing shop all the employees here are great Ramon got me set up on a custom ti Chandi megawatt and Kevin their mechanic got it put together and dialed in. Weather you want an entry level bike or go crazy like me they treat you all the same with first class

Staff here goes the extra mile. You're their top priority thing walking in the door. Repair costs are explained well and estimates honored. Turnaround times are a fraction of the competition. The place has enough space and technicians to make sure of that.

I brought in our Townies that we purchased here a while back for service. There were 2 employees who must have seen me pull into the parking lot, came out to greet me, and took the bikes off my truck!!!
They checked in my bikes while I chatted with the staff who were all very friendly and engaging (especially Ramone!!)
I picked them up a few days later and the bikes looked brand new!!!!!

Took the opportunity with the nicer weather to get my 25 year old Trek mountain bike out, I haven't ride it in the past few years but I needed some new tires, inner tubes, and a good once over. They did a great job and did some additional cleanup on the bike, went above and beyond, I am very happy to recommend Mike and his crew at Trek !!, thank you guys for my first time there, great experience!! You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
Service Performed promptly efficiently and correctly
Friendly, prompt and excellent mechanical expertise. Matt came out of the shop to get my bike off the rack before I even got out of my car. Kevin fixed everything on my mountain bike quickly so I was back to riding in no time.
