Richard was extremely helpful with all the questions my wife had regarding the advantages and differences in E-Bikes to Hybrid's to Road Bikes. So much so my wife took her first ride on a Road Bike there that Richard put together for her. I appreciate the mix of inventory on display. Also, I always bring my Trek Road Bike there for Windsor to work on, he's fantastic!!
It is always good to have the bike shop there for minor unexpected issues at the start. Shop personnel are always helpful and friendly. As a member of the “Medicare” in the back of the main group, we welcome anyone not able to ride with the main group.
