The service is excellent. As soon as I’ve parked my car, somebody comes out to greet me and welcomes me into the store. I’ve been a customer for many years and bought my last bike from them.
Recently, one of my shifter cables broke a week before a race and I was worried about not having the bike back in time. I am grateful that the repair could be done quickly!
