The whole team is absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and also patient…I’ve been contemplating buying a new road bike for several years. It’s my first real road bike and it’s a big purchase I wanted to make sure I was committed and I’d actually use it versus my fitness bike. The entire team has been patient and answered all of my questions along the way. Looking forward to the new arrival!
The local Greenville SC TREK store as well as the one in Spartanburg are second to none! All of your staff are friendly and very helpful. Chris and Amy were instrumental in the purchase of my Madone. It was a good experience. If I had to say anything negative it would be the availability of your apparel inventory online. It is abysmal. Literally everything is always sold out or never in my size. The Greenville store has 2 pairs of shoes on display. Padded gloves are limited in size and colors. Not a deal breaker but just know I would have probably bought at least 2 or 3 kits this season alone but instead have been forced to look online and at other retailers for color options that just aren’t available locally or on your website. If your associates are tracked on sales you are severely impacting their job performance in incremental sales.
Michael did a great job of helping introduce me to the sport of cycling and teaching me how to set up and maintain my bike. He helped me with getting everything I needed to start cycling and was really good about answering all my questions, reaching out to make sure everything was going well, and preparing things before I even got to the store to try them out. Overall a great experience!

When I go to the shop, I always feel welcome . I am greeted by name and then they help me get my bike out of the car. I did not intend to purchase a. Bike when I visited. I just wanted some initial information. Jan gave me an amazing tutorial about e-bikes in general. Then she asked me some questions about me and intended use. She then walked me through their bikes and finished with one that was absolutely spot-on perfect for what I wanted and needed. It only took me a few days of contemplation and I came back and bought her recommended bike.
After purchase she ( and the whole staff) spent considerable time making sure I knew all working parts of the bike, helped me pick out accessories, and finally how to fit it into my SUV for transport.
Trek Greenville is a professional bike shop is every phase of indusry. Sales, bike service and customer service. The work is done on time as promised in a truly professional manner. If there is ever an issue they will take the bike back in and correct it accordingly.
We had a wonderful experience getting my son a new bike. Jan was so helpful! She explained things to our son, showed him how the brakes worked and answered all of his questions.

The staff at Atlanta Cycling are amazing. Brought my bike in for a tuneup and was back out on the road in no time. Great communication and explanations as to what needed to be done and why, and spent time with me showing what exactly needed fixing. First stop in the furture for a new bike too, great selection and prices.
