What’s not to like? Trek, especially here in Greenville SC, solidly stands behind all of their products. Always, quick to look at our rides, take the time to diagnose our issues and fixes them as timely as possible. Needed a part ordered for mine and I ride daily. They had me finished as soon as the part was in. Always, without fail, polite & professional,& courteous. Never treat me like an “old woman”.

Justin and the team were incredibly attentive and supportive of the work I needed to have done on my bike. Knowing that I was in town for a limited amount of time, they managed to complete the repairs and maintenance needed the same day. They called, sent a text message, and an email when the bike was ready to be picked up. When I arrive back at the store, Justin and another associate greeted me promptly. I will definitely be going back.
