It's very easy to make an appointment on your website. You do an excellent job of confirming appointments and letting your customers know when the cleaning technician will arrive. All of your staff have been really pleasant to work with. The cleaning technician explains very clearly what the job will entail, and whether any stains will be difficult/impossible to remove. They worked thoroughly and efficiently. The carpet looked great when they finished, and as your name promises, the carpet didn't feel as though there was lingering soapy residue and there was no odor at all. Thank you!

He arrived right in the middle of the promised arrival window, was friendly, professional, and did a very thorough job, even though it was the end of the day and I'm sure he was eager to be done. The man who did my cleaning did an excellent job! He was also very personable and friendly. In the past some companies carpet cleaning have left a distinct odor and I would get headaches. I was pleasantly surprised that yours did not! Even the citris scent disappeared not too long after the cleaning was finished. Very happy with my first experience with Zerorex!

I’m responding for my 88 year old sister who has two elderly dogs that have had lots of accidents on the carpet, urine and vomit. We have tried to clean them up with over the counter rug cleaners, but they didn’t do a very good job. Austin worked for two hours down on his hands and knees cleaning up the spots and then went back to clean the whole carpet. I wish I had. Taken before and after photos. What a difference! Great job! Actually, unbelievable!
