The two guys who arrived were very professional. I myself did carpet cleaning years ago and found it reassuring that when I asked some questions I received the correct answers. They did a great job.

I wasn't completely satisfied the first time they came out to clean my floors. I simply I indicated I wasn't 100% happy and they came out to redue what I wasn't happy with - no questions asked. Great customer service.

i love your services and I will recommend you to others already did. got the forever stain right out. amazing. i want to hire you to do my halls and my aptment turn overs. after people move. i would like to know if i could get a discount for having you keep my halls and stairs every ....well when it may need it. and get all the stains out.

How the carpet was dry within about 4hrs

Zerorez did a great job on our carpet. In addition to being friendly and professional, they supplied great information on how to keep carpets looking new and clean! We plan to invite them back to clean up our tile grout in the kitchen!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were open to answering all questions, and really seemed to be doing their best to get the job done. The fact that the solutions used to clean the carpets is non-toxic is a HUGE plus. Highly recommended!

No chemicals is important because we have two young children and a dog. Carpets came out looking brand new. I've done carpet cleaning the traditional way and have found Zerorez took out stains that other cleaners weren't able to tackle. I'm definitely impressed!

You did a very good job. I liked the service man that did the work, he was very nice. I would use zerorez again. I just have one negativ'ish' comment. I originally set an appt and then had to cancel it. when I cancelled i said I would like to reschedule and was told that an agent would call me back asap. After about 2 weeks I called again and was told someone would get back to me, it was a couple of days later, I think, that I finally heard from someone. My appt was set for like 3pm and then a girl called me a day b4 my appt and said they would be here between 12 and 2. I waited and they didn't come so I called and asked and they were surprised that I had been told that because they were always planning on my original time. Anyway, it finally got figured out and I got my carpets cleaned and am quite pleased with the results, it just ended up being more of a hassle then I expected.
