The staff is local, they are competent and very efficient. Being local, you have someone to talk to if problems occur. We've been very pleased and used them for both duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. Would highly recommend them.

We’ve used Zerorez a couple of times now. I like the way they are on time, they are respectful to my home. They do a great job cleaning my rug and it’s not soaking wet. Carpet dries in the time they say it will, looks great. Because we have dogs and couldn’t be totally inconvenienced on one trip I’m having them back again to do our last room and another set of steps. Worked out great

The people working there are professional and do not push extras. They were honest with what stains there were. They could have said everything needed deep cleaning but they were honest and only a couple areas they recommended the deep cleaning as we have pets. To have these results is such a great feeling and it makes everyone notice the difference in walking into our home.
