Your professionalism, quality service

I like the online scheduling. I like the technicians, always nice, explain things well and are conscientious about their work. I like being told ahead when the arrival may be early or late. I am always pleased with the cleaning. The only time I wasn't happy was with furniture cleaning.

Everyone is friendly - from the office/scheduling staff, the person who came to look at the carpet and send us a quote to the tech who did the carpet cleaning. They were all knowledgeable, scheduled us when we needed it done, showed up when they said and listened to what we wanted.

And - the carpets turned out great! The 19 year-old carpets are well used in our lobby, worship area and fellowship hall. Most of the stains came out, which is impressive. Also - the last 2 times we've had the worship area cleaned (from another company) we showed them the stripes because they always cleaned left-to-right and refused to clean front-to-back. Your tech didn't even ask, but must have noticed the extra-clean stripes and cleaned front-to-back - we never even asked!

I felt that it was professionally done. I was given option which I really appreciated.
