Travis, our technician from Zerorez, was prompt, respectful of us and our home, kind disposition, had a good appearance and did a great job cleaning and treating our day-to-day living stains in our carpeting. He explained that the traffic patterns in our light colored carpeting will continue to look a bit different. It is 20+ year old carpeting. I was essentially was pleased the with cleaning. I did not expect the large items to be moved, like hutch, couch, or dining room table. But I thought that the recliner would be moved and cleaned under it. Other cleaners have done that in the past.

He was very nice and told me everythg he was going to do and it looks terrific!

The product really workd! No more dust! My nose is not stuffed. I breathe better. I also am not sneezing. I should have said the process worked not the product, I am very happy I had this done, The person in charge was Brandon. He was very friendly and explained the process. He was kind,polite and knowledgeable about his work! A pleasant demeanor. I certainly will highly recommend him! Name removed I don’t want my name mentioned-just initials if needed.

Matt was professional and courteous. He tested carpet fibers to determine content and measured an area rug, coming up with a size that I over estimated. He asked if I had any questions and supplied clear information. He advised and aided in moving pieces from a room for cleaning. I would recommend Zerorez unconditionally and would definitely use any of their services in the future.
