I was very happy with the results of my upholstery cleaning! The furniture had never been cleaned and it is 27 years old! It is good Marshall Field's furniture but my wonderful dog rubbed himself on the couch after his dinners and I didn't want to stop him and mess with his process. Zerorez cleaned this couch, chair and ottoman perfectly! I could not believe how good everything looked. I highly recommend this company and I am going to get another couch and ottoman cleaned in the near future!

Customer service was very friendly from the beginning. All my questions were answered. The tech was very friendly and did a great job. I liked that he put up a barrier on my front door so all the air conditioning wasn’t just escaping. The tech also answered all my questions. Overall a wonderful experience.
