Our technician called before he arrived within the given window of time. He was very kind & professional. He explained the process and said about how much time it would take. He also showed me how clean it was by calling me in to see it when only half of it was done. What a contrast!

I like that there is a neutral, clean smell after the carpet is cleaned. It does not smell like chemicals because they don’t use chemicals.

My carpet is 17 years old and has areas that show traffic. Austin was able to bring back the nap in the in carpet and greatly improve it’s appearance. He also completely removed many pet stains, and even the rust stains that were left by my furniture. I knew right away that my carpet was super clean when I walked on it because it bounced back when stepped on like it did when it was new. My house smells so much fresher now that the carpet has been cleaned - I couldn’t be happier with the way my living room, dining room and stairs turned out!
