I like that their cleaning process reflects the company's name: it doesn't leave any residue of the process in the carpet which, if left, just facilitates the carpet getting soiled again faster. Also that they don't use any chemicals in cleaning the carpet.
I have used their services for over 10 years, both living in a house and now in a second floor condo where, because of access, they need to use a portable cleaning machine which also does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet.
