The service was terrific. Merrick called 1/2 hr before he arrived on time. He was professional, polite, and funny. He explained the process in detail even though I informed him we had used Zerorez prior. Merrick was very thorough in his cleaning of 10-yr-old carpeting. We are very pleased with the finished job and have already recommended your service to others.

Merick Davis cleaned my carpets. He did an excellent job. I thought nothing could get out the red cough medicine that was spilled on my carpet. He was friendly, outgoing and worked very, very hard to clean my carpets. Today I just have pink hue on my carpet. I do not think there is anything that can be done to get rid of that light hue. Merick did an excellent job.

Our provider was very nice and there were no side issues as she protected corners, etc...... stains on small rugs only came partly out...... otherwise all went well.
I liked the person performing the work. He was fun, professional, hard working, my tile, rugs, stairs and carpet; as well my living room furniture are really clean and look nice again. Stanley Cleaner never performed that well!

Carpets are cleaned well with no residue and also dry quickly. The technician was very friendly, hard working, and informative.
It was great, quick, and professional. Only suggestion is that there is an option to tip when paying via credit card - we did not have enough cash on hand to tip the person who cleaned our couch, and would have loved to do so!
