This was our first carpet cleaning with Zerorez. We had all of our carpets cleaned and the big area rug under the dining room table. Rollie was a super nice guy and did a thorough job. He protected wall corners and furniture, cleaned up nicely after he was done and had a nice barrier for the front door. The communication with the company was great. Rollie arrived right on time. We were very pleased with Zerorez and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors and will use them again.

It's very easy to make an appointment on your website. You do an excellent job of confirming appointments and letting your customers know when the cleaning technician will arrive. All of your staff have been really pleasant to work with. The cleaning technician explains very clearly what the job will entail, and whether any stains will be difficult/impossible to remove. They worked thoroughly and efficiently. The carpet looked great when they finished, and as your name promises, the carpet didn't feel as though there was lingering soapy residue and there was no odor at all. Thank you!

He arrived right in the middle of the promised arrival window, was friendly, professional, and did a very thorough job, even though it was the end of the day and I'm sure he was eager to be done. The man who did my cleaning did an excellent job! He was also very personable and friendly. In the past some companies carpet cleaning have left a distinct odor and I would get headaches. I was pleasantly surprised that yours did not! Even the citris scent disappeared not too long after the cleaning was finished. Very happy with my first experience with Zerorex!
