Our technician explained things very clearly, was patient with our questions and the result was great. The only loose end is waiting for everything to dry thoroughly to ascertain if the cat pee odor is completely gone.

We are very pleased with the service, from Zerorez. We had them, a year ago, to clean our carpet. Now, we just had them clean the tile in our kitchen. Both turned out very well. We have three Huskies, and hadn't ever had our carpet professionally cleaned. Our tech (Kevin?) came in, and explained in layman's terms exactly how ZeroRez cleans differently from methods using soaps and chemicals.
The carpet has a new lease on life. Since it's low nap, it was easier to clean.
The price quoted at the beginning of the job was exactly what we paid, there were no attempts to upsell us.
I highly recommend using ZeroRez, and plan on using them again in the not too distant future!

My carpets are old and they look great. The 3 step process is the best cleaning I have had. The service was excellent and the service tech (Merrick) was very personable.

He made a 11 year old carpet look like new. I was very pleased with his work. After waiting a year because of the pandemic, it was like a breath of fresh air, from filthy to clean. Yeah!

The worker was very personable and friendly, taking the extra time to explain everything and even gave our two young boys the rundown on what he would be doing including gently letting them know that it was bad to "pee on the carpet"
