They use blankets on hardwood floors, corner protectors and they wear sleeves over their shoes. Always looks great when they finish. We use them on an annual basis.

Merick was very careful with our walls and furniture to keep hoses from rubbing on the walls and leaving marks. He was easy to work with, gave us a great overview of the process and answered any questions we had. He was extremely service oriented. There was no odor from the cleaning solution and everything dried fast.

I liked the person who came to clean the carpeting. He was very professional and took pride in his work. The carpeting looks wonderful. Before he left he reviewed some problem areas and did a walk though of all the carpeted areas.
