The carpet was cleaned well except on the stairs and near room changes from carpet to plain floor. There was some orange staining by some of the doorways, so I tried to clean it myself.

Customer service is terrific. I only use zerorez and have been a customer for the last 7+ years. I have them come out once a year because we have dogs. This last visit I wasn’t home and my husband forgot to point out a room that needed cleaned to the technician. I called zerorez to see if they could come out at a later date to knock out the one room. They were so nice about it. They were able to reschedule the next business day.
