The zerorez technicians for both the air duct cleaning and the ceramic tile cleaning where not only knowledgeable but professional and friendly during the entire process. Moving into a new home after 26 years, zerorez made our new home clean and safe. I would highly recommend zerorez for duct cleaning and tile cleaning. We will call them as the approved cleaner for our new carpet each year. Dryer vent cleaning was a A+.

I really appreciated the fact that the technician was honest about the fact that when he inspected the air ducts that there was minimal dust present and he informed me that it was unnecessary to have air ducts cleaned at this time. He could have just gone ahead and cleaned them but he was strait forward with me. The young man that cleaned my carpeting was very professional, also.

I love that Zerorez only uses water to clean my carpets! They do a fantastic job and I’m always happy with the results!

I just think the techs are always nice and they do a great job. I used zerorez 4 times and haven't been disappointed. My carpets are old but they look good after zerorez has been there

Carpet was cleaned well and the tech did extra to get nail polish out of a spot and did both our entry rugs. I will request him again!!!!
