Everything was great!

I like the service because of the online booking availability, the professionalism of the staff and the honestly of the rug cleaner. I only had traffic areas in two rooms, both of which have dog urine issues. Both rooms were cleaned with the animal treatment five days ago. I left the house as well as took the dog to a sitter so both rugs could thoroughly dry. It takes a few days when using the full service urine treatment. The smell is gone. Once the dog returns home in a couple days, there are going to be new "rules" in this house!! Zerorez is great.

They are careful, and if there is a problem spot, they return rather promptly to work on it until it is removed.

Our carpet was definitly in need of being cleaned after 17 years. Our Bissel and carpet cleaning solutions just weren't getting it anymore. Your product and procedure were excellent and the carpet cleaned up very nicely. We will probably have you do this on an annual basis especially if we get another dog.

The very best part of your carpet cleaning business in my opinion is that your staff members come prepared for the unexpected and that they don't need a babysitter. Additionally, your staff always show great respect for our buildings, putting up corner protectors, eliminating any scarring from the hoses on the wood. Finally the end result, clean carpet. Thank you for preparing your staff to do the best job possible!
