We have three Huskies, and hadn't ever had our carpet professionally cleaned. Our tech (Kevin?) came in, and explained in layman's terms exactly how ZeroRez cleans differently from methods using soaps and chemicals.
The carpet has a new lease on life. Since it's low nap, it was easier to clean.
The price quoted at the beginning of the job was exactly what we paid, there were no attempts to upsell us.

My carpets are old and they look great. The 3 step process is the best cleaning I have had. The service was excellent and the service tech (Merrick) was very personable.

He made a 11 year old carpet look like new. I was very pleased with his work. After waiting a year because of the pandemic, it was like a breath of fresh air, from filthy to clean. Yeah!
