Scheduling was very easy, the technician followed all instructions onsite, arrived on time and did a great job. Communication with ZeroRez was easy and we always received quick responses. We are very pleased with the service we received!
No chemicals so there is no chemically smell.
I think they did a very good job on the carpets as usual! The only reason I choose 9 instead of 10 is because they did chip off paint on several doorways, but those can be touched up.
