The carpets looked much better after being cleaned and the carpets were not saturated with water and dried in a timely manner.

He arrived promptly within the appointment window, was able to remove the grease spots on the area rugs and stairs that were the reason I scheduled the Zerorez service, and very professionally and courteously completed the cleaning in a very reasonable amount of time. Great job all around!
