I really liked the quick service and the very knowledgeable service man who came to the house. He explained how Zerorez was different and much better than the competition. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and the work they did. My parent's carpet has not been cleaned professionally in almost 20 years. They were courteous, kept in touch on time and did an awesome job. They emailed they would be there between 12 and 3, because of my work schedule they were very flexible and waited for me to be there. The carpet looked amazing, Price is fair, I can't recommend this company enough! Will definitely use them again.
