On time arrival. Attentive and respectful communication, both on-site and with the office. Excellent cleaning of our carpets, noticeably better than previous cleanings by other companies. Carpets not only appear cleaner but feel more plush. One thing I did not enjoy was the repeated attempts at up-selling, although I do understand that the add-ons are a big profit source for the company. Still, it's annoying.

Being a highly sensitive (allergic) person it was important to me that there was absolutely harsh chemicals involved and no odor afterwards. I am happy to say that no odor of any kind was detected and the carpeting looked great and dried quickly and the job was done quickly. I do wish the price wasn't so high. $100 more than I used to pay for even less area cleaned.

Tim who was the one who cleaned my carpets was amazing. He was so polite and respectful and very educating on the process of cleaning my carpets. I have been telling everyone this weekend to have their carpets cleaned with Tim and Zerorez!!! I’m so happy and my house looks fabulous!!!
