I really liked the quick service and the very knowledgeable service man who came to the house. He explained how Zerorez was different and much better than the competition. I did not think that there was much hope for the carpet but the results were excellent! The whole condo was cleaned for less than $300.00. The carpet looks like brand new and the technician was able to get the stains out. Better results than Stanley steamers I had their service 3 years ago. Also loved that this is pet friendly and safe.

I don't know when the carpets had been cleaned last. There were several dark spots in the living carpet. They came out and the house still smells better.
