We had used Zerorez a few years ago for our carpets at a previous address and they did a great job on the carpets there. Since then we have moved and needed a sectional to get cleaned so I called and they quoted a fair price and were able to get me in quickly. They cleaned a 10 year old sectional and it looks almost brand new. Our technician who came to do the cleaning was prompt and courteous. In fact, a bit humorous as well.

Having never had my carpets cleaned I found this service to be professional, no harsh chemicals, had suggestions of what needed to be done and did what was expected. Best of all my carpets and couch are much cleaner and even smell pretty good.

I recently rented a new apartment and the previous owner had pets. The previous owner did have the carpet professionally cleaned but the soap/chemicals/perfume smells were overwhelming. I hired Zerorez to clean {reclean} the carpet to remove the chemical/perfume smells. Because the previous owner had 2 dogs that lived with her, I requested to use Zerorez carpet pet treatment. The carpet looks fantastic. Sam did a wonderful job. He was efficient and through. The final result removed the perfume/chemical smells and left the apartment smelling naturally fresh. I'd definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

This was such an easy process. I booked online (with a coupon) and picked how many rooms and the preferred time frame. From there it was smooth sailing, my carpet cleaning technician was thorough, professional and friendly. He explained everything as he went along and welcomed questions and comments. The carpet looks brand new and was dry in no time!

This was the second or third time ZeroRez cleaned our carpets and rugs. I like the engineered water and no detergent approach. The guys are polite and get right to the job. That's great.
