We first had our duct work cleaned and our clothes dryer vent by Brandon from Zerorez. ,Then I had schedule Aaron to follow with the carpet cleaning. Even in the challenging weather, Aaron arrived early, then helped Brandon finish up, so he could start work on the carpets. As we have allergies in our family, and the previous owners had pets, we chose Zerorez for their safe cleaning solutions. Aaron asked if there any "problem" spots and worked carefully on them and all the carpeting in the house. The house smells great and the carpets are much lighter, back to their original light tan color. Aaron was also very easy to work with, answered all our questions and provided top notch service! We would highly recommend him and Zerorez!
Easy to schedule with prompt service!
Brandon cleaned our duct work and the tube going out from our clothes dryer (located in the center of the house) to the outside. Brandon was very punctual even in the challenging weather, explained the process before he started and made sure he protected our walls with corner guards and covered our door opening from the snow falling. Finally, he presented and emailed photos of the ducts before and after. Top notch professional! We would definitely recommend their services and will be calling them in the future!

Awesome staff both booking and actually doing the work in the home. Staff know the product are informative and detail oriented, Willing to please the customer. The ending result is very pleasing, my home is clean; smells and looks clean. I prefer to have my home cleaning ready by removing all small furniture pieces and a good vacuum so I get the best clean I can get.
