Communication was great, scheduling was easy. Matt, who called ahead a arrived early, did a wonderful job and was forthcoming and knowledgeable! I will definitely be having the rest of the house done soon.

The scent is strong but dissipates quickly with fans and open windows. The carpet was dry within hours (and not terribly damp to begin with)

I may forego the 'antibacterial' application with the next visit. Although the odor wasn't 'bad' it did take away from the citrus smell that I prefer.
