The carpets looked much better after being cleaned and the carpets were not saturated with water and dried in a timely manner.

Austin did an excellent job!! He arrived promptly within the appointment window, was able to remove the grease spots on the area rugs and stairs that were the reason I scheduled the Zerorez service, and very professionally and courteously completed the cleaning in a very reasonable amount of time. He did a couple of small items that we requested and was able to get out the high traffic dirty areas as well. Again, we are VERY pleased!

The time taken to verify whether the chair we also wished to have cleaned was safe to do---it
