Technician was polite, friendly, efficient, and careful to be neat. He was able to remove a difficult stain under a swivel rocker, but was either unsuccessful or forgot about two smaller coffee stains in front of the rocker. Unfortunately I didn't notice that they were still there until the next day. Overall the carpets look beautiful.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the service technician who explained the process from start to finish and offered options for the pet damaged area. Additionally, there was no use of my water or drains for the cleaning. The carpets were not soaked at the end and only took the amount of time one would expect for the drying of the areas serviced.

Very thorough, identifies specific contaminants and remediates with specific treatments. Not just a carpet shampoo company. Highly recommend.

The color returned in my tapestry (brighter), and the pile lifted making it look like a new rug. The light beige carpet was refreshed to like new— all stains lifted.
