I just purchased my first gravel bike from the Bike Mart in Richardson. The entire process was fantastic. Joe Howard helped me select my bike. Due to the size, it had to be ordered. It came in when he told me it would and he called me to let me know when it would ready to pick. He helped me adjust the seat and take the bike for a test ride. Then, he showed me how to remove and replace the tire since I haven't ridden a bike with a thru axle before.
Sean, in parts and service is special....when we've taken our Trek's in for service, he asks questions to understand our particular circumstance....in the end, the result is always the best.
If and when we want to replace our current Trek bikes, we will absolutely come here first.

Outstanding service.
My daughter and I own a very special tandem bike with unique parts and functionality. Even though Emery does not sell for this manufacturer, they were familiar with it and did a fantastic job repairing it and giving it a torough tuneup. The technician Chris was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to discuss and explain the repairs and adjustments he made on the bike. He even when out of his way to call one of the component manufacturers to ensure that the variance he was seeing in the electric assist component was within compliance.
The bike is riding like new and we are back out on the road!

I love having this outdoor store that provides a little bit of everything wonderful, in our community. I love the sales you have on shoes and I have bought likely 10 various shoes for me and other family members in the past few years. I love the outdoor jackets by Patagonia, I love the bike shop and how we can get tune ups in fairly quick turnaround times. I love the friendliness of the store associates, and I love in the past, renting out kayaks. I am sad that it is getting smaller but so thankful you will remain in our community. Thank you!

Mike from Trek Bicycle Montrose delivered two a to our grandson for us while our son did a live video so we could share the excitement. He couldn’t have been nicer with our five-year-old grandson. The funny part: When we ask our grandson who gave him the bike for his birthday, he smiles and says, “Mike!”
