The bike techs at Trek are personable, talented, and responsive! I feel supported and respected by their service regardless of what issues my bike is having. I recommend their shop to others as my preferred place in Anchorage. There is never a dose of condescension or judgement when interacting with Trek staff which is markedly different than my experience at other bike shops. Their stoke for bike adventures and bike mechanics is infectious and encouraging too!

Ganz ehrlich, die Jungs sind mit Herz Dabei. Nur bitte nicht vergessen, spaß kostet! Bei speziellen wünschen sollte man sich schon etwas auskennen um die Jungs nicht Rätselraten zu lassen! Der Radsport ist sehr vielfältig und jedes Jahr kommt neuer geiler Sch..... raus.
