While browsing the website I appreciated being able to see what was on stock and what can be shipped and picked up. When we visited the store Craig was super helpful and patient with me, answering all my questions and allowing me to try out the bikes, which was importan as it's a big purchase.
Also after I bought the bike, rack and basket, they were so nice in offering to set it up. Overall excellent experience so I know that's where I will be going again :)

I highly recommend Trek Verona for all your biking needs. They have been exceptionally helpful over the years—knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help. The staff is friendly and not only helped me pick out and purchase a new bike, but also repaired my son’s bike several times after some very well-loved riding. We’ve consistently had great experiences and truly appreciate their service.

Knowledgeable, friendly service. The service technician took our bike in right away and repaired the tire on my son’s bike. He explained what happened to the tire and how to prevent it from reoccurring. We were very pleased with the service we received.
The shop converted my tube tires to tubeless tires on my gravel bike. It was a difficult install and they worked perfectly at Unbound Gravel race in Kansas.
