The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. A special mention to the manager, who was excellent—very attentive and clearly committed to making sure everything ran smoothly.
It’s not always easy to find service this reliable and well-organized. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be back next season.

I had an older Trek Cruiser that needed a bottom bracket bearing. I thought might be too old to fix, but the store was confident it wouldn’t be a problem and the bike was ready the next day and I was back on the road for less than I thought it would cost.
