initially contacted the Maidstone branch, but unfortunately found the attitude and level of customer service disappointing. I was advised to contact the Canterbury branch instead, and the difference was remarkable. The team there were fantastic—friendly, professional, and couldn't have been more helpful. Although Canterbury is around a 1.5-hour round trip for me and Maidstone is much closer, the excellent service made the journey well worth it. Thank you to the Canterbury team for their outstanding assistance

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They let me test ride any bike I wanted and answered any questions I had. No pressure. They all worked together to help me decide which bike was right for me.
