I love the Trek Electra bikes! This is the 4th one I have purchased for my family. I live in Roseville and had a few bad experiences with a manager at the Roseville store 6 months to a year ago. I vowed to never go there again. So, when my daughter asked for a new bike for her 14th birthday, I reached out to the Folsom store. She found the bike that she wanted online, but they didn't have it in store. The guys at the Folsom store are amazing! They found a bike at another store down in Southern California, had it shipped up here, and when the shipment was late, had the bike built the day it arrived so we could pick it up in time for my daughter's birthday! Every time I called the store to check on the status of the shipment of the bike, no matter who I spoke to, they were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful! I can't say enough good things about the Folsom store! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Shawn and Toby were fantastic!!! I was buying a bike for my husband, 2nd hip replacement, avid road bike rider. Told Shawn my concerns about speed and him being prone to crashing and skinny tires. Shawn suggested trying the hybrid Verdi 1 and getting the shock absorbing seat to help reduce jarring and the wider tires add stability! SOLD me! Bought it on the spot! No hard pressure sales just listened and gave his advice! It was a BEAUTIFUL transaction... in and out less than 30 minutes!
Love this store, staff experience and engagement is excellent. Chad helped us buy 2 mountain bikes and his knowledge and insight were extremely helpful in choosing. Prior to this the mechanics group helped me fix a different bike for free which I bought someplace else, this is the kind of service that makes you want to tell your friends to go here!

The deciding factor for buying a Trek bike was the trade in option. Kids grow so fast and knowing we can upgrade every few years or as needed is a relief.
Bei Zweirad Egger waren wir von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben. Uns wurde empfohlen dorthin zu gehen, da die Beratung ausgezeichnet wäre. Es war jedenfalls nicht übertrieben. Wir haben uns dann für den Kauf eines E Mountainbikes entschieden und haben es nie bereut. Der Kauf, der Service und die Ansprechbarkeit sind einfach top. Mittlerweile sind es ein paar Jahre, in der Zwischenzeit haben wir uns neue Bikes dort geholt. Es läuft alles von A bis Z problemlos und mit viel Engagement. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen.
