I recently brought my bike in for its annual service, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team set clear expectations on when the service would be completed—and they delivered exactly as promised, which is something I really value.
The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. A special mention to the manager, who was excellent—very attentive and clearly committed to making sure everything ran smoothly.
It’s not always easy to find service this reliable and well-organized. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be back next season.
