My husband and I walked into Trek Redmond as newcomers to both the area and cycling. Since then, we’ve visited three times to test-ride bikes, ask questions, and pick up our orders. Every visit has been met with incredible kindness, patience, honesty, and guidance from the entire Trek team.

Came for new helmets and the man who helped us was AMAZING. He got down on my 4 year old’s level and helped pick out the safest helmet AND the coolest color. 10/10 recommend.

My Townie has served me well on 10-30 mile rides nearly every week for several years now. So it was clearly due for service. I took it to the new Trek shop in Winter Park where they fixed my crippled derailleur and overhauled the whole bike, returning it to me in nearly new condition. I couldn't be happier.
The person who greeted us stayed working with us through the entire process. He explained everything, was professional and knowledgeable, and was patient through all our questions. He allowed us to take a test ride of the bicycles he helped us select, and explained how to use the features of the bikes. He even hooked up the bike bags for us and helped us strap the bicycles into the back of the truck. A1 customer service.
