I appreciated the 7 Mile Cycles team’s willingness to listen to my questions, many of them embarrassingly redundant, during multiple visits. There was so much information to digest as I haven’t bought myself a new bicycle in 41 years. It was borderline overwhelming, adding that there is more than just the bike. Their patient guidance was priceless. The store was normally busy, but their incredible and caring focus made it feel calm. 7 Mile is world class!!

The staff listened to my riding preferences (recreational, gravel bike path) and concerns over safety. I haven't bought a new bike in about 30 years and was amazed at the latest improvements, including to helmets. These were explained to me, enabling me to select the proper bike and accessories within my budget.
