I purchased a trek e bike from C&N Cycles in 2024, and I have been delighted with it! This year I took it in for a service, and it came back lake new, plus lots of useful data on my usage which was a bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful and know their stuff.
The service was exceptional. Bike needed new shift cables and I needed it in a hurry. I was in and out in 30 min and the bike works perfectly. Also fixed a few things that needed attention without being asked to.

This is a shop run by people who actually ride, and it shows. After a few years of riding hard in Bend, it was time for a full inspection and service for my MTB. The initial inspection identified a new chain, brake pads, tuning, and a few adjustments. The bike came back dialed in and ready for summer. I'll be back without hesitation, and would recommend Pine Mountain Sports to any rider in Bend without reservation.
Side note — while they serviced my Blur, I rented one of their Trek Fuel eMTBs and covered 23 miles around Phil's in 2.5 hours. That eMTB just went on my wish list for this year.
The staff is very knowledgeable about equipment and setting it up properly. Attention to small details is a welcome change from some of the other local shops. Bought my first "real" bike here 42 years ago and have been coming back ever since.
