My wife and myself have been dealing with Ron at Ridley’s since the early 80s and have bought all of our bikes there. The bike knowledge and service has been great and Ron has always given us a good deal. Our latest purchase is my wife’s Domane EV bike, a new Trek Fuel EV mountain bike, which is yet to arrive, and the new generation Madone for myself, which is an absolutely beautiful bike. My latest purchase was partially due to the fact that my 20 year old Madone developed a crack in the headset. My wife noticed it, but I just thought the paint was cracked. I took the bike into Ridley’s and after thorough inspection it was concluded that the carbon had cracked. The bike frame was warranted for life and Trek gave me the full purchase price towards a new bike. I couldn’t have been happier. I thought if I got a few thousand dollars towards a new bike I would be happy, but that was completely unexpected. Ron was great as he took us both through Trek’s website to make sure we built the bikes exactly as we wanted. Thank you Ron and Ridley’s for keeping us motoring on the roads and the trails for last 41/2 decades.

Al, the manager, is always friendly and helpful. I went in for a tire change and the technician (sorry I don't know his name) went above and beyond, checking and cleaning my chain in addition to changing out the tire. Very much appreciated!

Absolutely wonderful service. Great staff. Honestly, I brought in an extremely filthy bike that had been given to me. They did a general tune up and a few small repairs. When I came to pick it up, I thought they were rolling out the wrong bike. They REALLY CLEANED UP EVERY INCH OF THAT BIKE! It looked like a different/brand new bike!! What a wonderful job!

Thank you so much for fixing the brake on my husband’s wheelchair. It was done the same day! When I went to pick it up the man carried it to my car for me. He also suggested a way to load it so the brake doesn’t get broken again. “Over the top” service! 😊

A wide variety of bikes are offered and the sales are not pressured to buy the most expensive, but the best one for us.

Excellent personal service. The staff provided solutions to several issues with our bikes and even helped readjust a handlebar for a more comfortable ride. They also installed the mirror and rear light on the spot for no charge. Although the prices for the components were not cheap, the technical assistance more than compensated for it.
They willingly changed my appointment time twice. Service from Drew was excellent and the cost was reasonable. I will tell others & return.
