接客も過剰過ぎる事もなく、でも説明は丁寧で必要な事はすぐ答えて頂いて。パーツやオプションも無理に勧められなかったし、とても真摯な接客だなと感じました。息子共々いい所でいい人に出会ったね！と申しておりました。
強いて言えば、自宅から遠いのが唯一の難点。
それ以外は非常に満足しております！

Besonders gefallen hat uns, das dass Team alle Fragen beantworten konnte. Wir wurden sehr fachgerecht beraten, auf jeden unserer Wünsche wurde Rücksicht genommen.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Mitarbeiter aus der Werkstatt der am 08.04.2026 (Filiale Gera) im Verkauf ausgeholfen hat.
Besonders toll war, das dieser nette Mitarbeiter unseren 11.Jährigem Kind alle speziellen Dinge des Bikes erklärt hatte.
Ein mega großes Dankeschön dafür.
