Service was delivered exactly as discussed. During the bike fitting process, things were clearly explained so that I understood the differences in the small changes that happened.
We have been Bike World customers for years. Recently, we purchased some foldable e-bikes online. We had some gear shifting problems on the new bikes and brought them into the shop. Nick the Bike World tech took a look and fixed us up in less than 10 minutes, no questions asked. He was very courteous. We will definitely be back in the future.

2nd Ave had a Spur in their demo fleet which enabled me to sample the bike before purchasing. Ray was great help; excellent suggestion for a riser bar.
Techs Mark and Luke were helpful as well.

The employees I have encountered the many years I been to your store never seemed to be in a hurry as they listened, answered my questions and gave suggestions. My most recent visit was the early June, 2026 with the derailer on my Tour Easy recumbent out of adjustment. After three hours trying to solve my problem, I took it to your store suggesting I may need a new derailleur. I was told that they will do their best to make proper adjustments before putting on a new derailer. I picked up my bike a week later, expecting the bill will at least be close to $100.00. I was charged $24.00 and am pleased with how well it works.

Just ordered and picked up a new MTB. From the beginning of the process all the way until the end was as easy as it could be. They went over every possible option of what I may want. They did comparisons for me with what I was looking for then we narrowed it down to one bike. I placed the order and it came a few weeks later. I picked it up the other day and I love it.
Their knowledge of bikes along with the services they provided were awesome.
