Friendly, family run business that has Outstanding customer service! Extremely knowledgeable on all of their products. My wife called and talked to Jordan about what we were interested in and how we planned to use the e-bikes. When we came in they put us on bikes and sent us out for a test drive. We were able to test ride several bikes to see what worked best for us. They were kind enough to pull a bike from their warehouse and open the box so my wife could see the color. Once we decided on the bikes we wanted, Aiden went to work putting together the bike they pulled. We were able to walk out with both bikes. It was one of the best buying experiences we have ever had! Highly recommend!

My son and I came in for his first “real” bike, but we definitely needed help on what would be the best fit.
Working with David was excellent. He showed us multiple price points and didn’t try to sell us on anything more than we needed. He let my son try a bike out, and never made us feel rushed.
He introduced himself he asked my son his name and he made us feel like we were in there spending $10,000 even though we weren’t. (Side note, I found the prices of the Marlin line to be very good, especially given the features available. We ended up going home with a Marlin 5)
We will absolutely go back for everything we need from here on out as a family. It was a great experience.
