The employees were all welcoming and helpful, whether greeting customers or repairing bicycles. They did a great job on my old bike, making it almost like new, even though it's more than 20 years old.Ronne spoke to me about riding groups and trails which I liked as I'm less familiar with the area than the biking crowd. Fachkundige Beratung und generell sehr guten Service, bei speziellen Themen z. b. bei meinem Specialized;
insbesondere das Thema Dämpfer generalüberholen sowie beispielsweise eine spezielle Übersetzung für extreme Steigungen auf meinen Wunsch, die normalerweise so nicht eingebaut wird. (vorne/hinten groß/groß nicht möglich)
auch für mein Oldtimer Rennrad von Bianci gabs Ersatzteile

Bin seit 3 Jahren dort Kunde und kann nur positives berichten. Ob Service,Kommunikation aber auch die herzliche und lockere persönliche Art gefällt mir sehr gut.
Es wird sich bei Problemen immer sofort gekümmert. Die beiden Jungs in der Werkstatt arbeiten schnell und zuverlässig.
