I stopped in due to a shifting issue, it was the coin size batteries that needed replacing. I usually have them but in this case I had the wrong size battery. The person who helped me was awesome, friendly, you can not get any better customer service. I wish I had remembered his name. I do not live in the area but visit family frequently and ride the area in the winter months. Replacing the shifter batteries maybe seem like a very small issue but the Trek guy went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Thank you Trek Folsom.
Bryan and Paul were super helpful and knowledgable, stayed with me and my son until an hour after closing to get his new bike all set. Was a great experience!

I had a flat tire and they were able to fix it right away. It turned out that it was a burr in my tire. I wish the workman had put in burr-resistant tube. I didn't know to ask at the time.
