Very attentive service
The trek bike I have now, though both of us old, is the best bike I have ever had. The folks in your shop are civil and familiar to me from one visit to another. That means a lot to old people. Your helmets and gear and stuff are comparatively expensive but I'd rather give it to you than amazon. Life on a budget can make that daunting.

I really appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff, The repair work and tune-ups are always done right the first time, and the turnaround is great. My bike always feels “new” again after a visit to the shop. They also have an excellent selection of accessories, which makes it easy to find exactly what I need, sometimes more than I need!

Eddy's Fairlawn/Akron under-promised and over-delivered on some maintenance work! The job was not complex (replacing sealed bearings on out of production wheels) but they came in well under their cost estimate which is a testament to their honesty as they easily could have charged me for more time than the job actually took. They also turned the job around in just two working days. It's really nice to have a shop that can be trusted and relied upon.

Very very knowledgeable people, who genuinely seem passionate about this hobby and do NOT have any stigma of the different disciplines. Aka my technician was a road bike guy but we still nerded out on my MTB. Prices are very market competitive, and their initial inspection was accurate. Be ready for car maintenance level finances though!
