Quick turn around on repairs and replacement.
I brought my Catrike to Bikes and Beyond hoping to find a safety flag which snapped in half accidentally. The gentleman saw me coming and quickly opened the double doors to better accommodate my somewhat awkward Trike. Then when I explained to him what I needed he consulted with a co-worker and was able to fetch exactly what I wanted and for a very reasonable price. Many thanks.
