They were able to figure out the issue and worked with various manufactures to get the parts replaced under warranty. So pleased with the service that I have received from Trek Santa Clarita. Makes all the difference to have support from the shop and manufacturer after your purchase. Would never go anywhere else!

Needed to swap a chain on one of my bikes. I brought the old chain, so In addition to selling me the chain, one of your guys took the time to "cut" the new chain at the right size so I would just have to add a quick link once home. He went above and beyond. Great customer service. Truly appreciated.
