After a minute, Joe said hold on. Gave me a bike off the rack, said to use it till my bike was fixed, and that if it needed any adjustments to just bring it in.

I came into the shop immediately after being hit by a car during a ride, and I don’t think the staff realized how much their kindness meant to me. They didn’t just help get my bike back together, they helped me get myself back together enough to make it through the rest of a very difficult day.

Trek in Pottstown has always been there for us. They are friendly and supportive. About 6 years ago we invested in pedal assist e-bikes and absolutely loved them, we were able to test ride them and found they were going to work for us. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything. The bikes are durable and the service is always the best.
