Towpath Bike service folks are professional, kind and supportive. My bike was done faster than I expected or needed.
It was also nice to be able to turn in a bike that I wasn't using for them to give to a gentleman that refurbishes them for needy children.

Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in letting me try multiple bikes and explaining all options. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions even though I am new to biking. He was also good about asking me all the questions that allowed me to match my preferences with the right bike. I like Trek in general because the store had a good-natured family feel and I felt like if anything went wrong or I needed more help down the road, they would be there to help me.
