I came to Landry's on Highland Avenue in Newton. I had a small bubble on the front tire of my bicycle. Someone (maybe you know who he was) who works in repairs, kindly came out and looked at the tire and identified that even though I had ridden over 6 miles successfully and had about 6 or more miles to ride back, it would be better to change the tire just to be safe. At first he found me a very expensive (around $80) tire that was significantly heavier than the one I was replacing. He ultimately found a lighter tire that was $33. We agreed that he should check the tube to see if the damage in the tire affected the tube beneath. He carefully and responsibly even put soap on the tube to see if it would bubble in the affected area. He identified the tube to be okay. When he went to put the tire on with my original tube, by accident he popped my tube. He proceeded to replace the popped tube without charging me since he popped it while trying to install it between the metal wheel and the new tire. He then asked me what amount of air I'm used to having in the tire and put that amount of air in. He went above and beyond. I very much appreciate your amazing services. All the accessories on my bike and my husband's bike are from Landry's.
These guys are professional and kind great service speedy repairs. What more can I say? Oh, I can say that was a great price for the repair.

As I spent the last months shopping for, and deciding on, a new e-trike, Duane and the crew have been phenomenal in answering questions, arranging test rides, and communicating throughout the process. Picked the bike up a couple days ago, and couldn't be happier!

The Salesperson, who is also bike repair person was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy . He recommended bikes to fit my size and length, gave me tips and allowed test rides. Other bike shops did not bother asking me questions on what type of riding I intended or about my overall length of arms and legs. I hope to get much use out of purchase and recommend this shop above others.

My bike seat was hurting, and I came in and talked to Robin who walked me through the options and found the perfect seat and even installed it on my bike for me. She was awesome.
