I have shopped with Cedar Bluff Cycles the past twenty years since I can always get the products and service that I need. Tim and Jerry and their staff members are always extremely friendly and their knowledge of bicycle repair is second to none.
I got the impression that the people at Evolution know what they are talking about and care about their work. The staff seemed to be working harmoniously, indicating a good working environment. The owner and staff greeted me politely and were attentive. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.
The Trek staff was awesome. We greatly appreciated their amazing attitude(s) and the level of service received. They provided a full understanding of the differences within the e-bike portfolio, and why the bike chosen was the best for our needs. To say that Jake Jones (our representative) went over and beyond the line of duty is a complete understatement.

I had a frustrating start with an online order that never made it to the local shop, despite my payment already being processed. After a quick call, Heather stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and assured me it would be resolved the same day.
When I arrived, she followed through completely. Not only was the bike ready, but she took the time to ask the right questions and quickly identified that I was about to walk out with the wrong bike for my needs. For a minimal price difference, she guided me toward a better long-term fit, let me test ride multiple options, and walked me through the fundamentals as someone new to cycling.
What stood out was the level of care and professionalism, especially given it was near closing time. There was no rush, no pressure, just a clear focus on making sure I left with the right setup and a solid understanding of it.
End result: issue resolved, expectations exceeded, and a far better purchase decision than I would have made on my own. Strong customer service from start to finish.

Staff knowledgeable…..personable & helpful ! Have purchased various bikes a Specialized; Trek; Cannondale etc. All quality bikes ……I have tune-ups done on all my bikes & actually still have a bike I purchased in 2008 that is still in good running order. Would NOT buy a bike anywhere else.
