Zuverlässig und Qualität
The shop is staffed with what I call "Good Wrenches," i.e., knowledgeable technicians.
The services are fairly priced, and delivered when promised. I also like the store and can generally find what I need for accessories or maintenance all at one location. Further, the brand alliances for wearable items is solid. I will probably not be in the market for a new bike for quite some time, so the above comments are focused on my current needs.
I do have one further note: I just had a tune-up done on my road bike, to have included brake pads as needed. The front brake lever was, to my preference, adjusted to a "too slack" engagement point...two-thirds of free travel before any engagement. i know front brakes are "grabbier", but it seems to me that the first point of engagement should arrive somewhere between 40-50% of free travel, not at 66% of free travel.
Sincerely, Jem Hern
Helpful and honest. No pressure to buy, or upgrade. Gave advice when they had it, but would tell me they didn’t know if they didn’t have enough information or experience with the product.
I’m not living in the area anymore, but I’m “close” enough that I still make the drive here because they’re my LBS.
Always great service!
Sehr freundliche Mittarbeiter und gut gemachte Inspektion. Alles zur Zufriedenheit
I've never had a bad visit to the Edmond Phat Tire Shop, even when I drop $500. The crew there is solid, Steve, Shane and Josh know how to not only get things working, but they are a solid source of critical information for cyclist of all abilities. Proud to say that this is "My Bike Shop".
Our favorite store. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable.
Awesome services and reasonable prices. My bike after the tuneup is like brand new
Knowledgeable and friendly employees working at the Cranberry Twp location
Service was quick and employee was knowledgeable.
Good selection, well trained staff
Chris is the best
I value their honesty and transparency the most. When evaluating my bike for annual maintenance needed I was walked through each component and given an honest evaluation of its condition. At other bike shops it’s common for me to get recommended parts to be replaced or service work to be done that’s not necessary. Here I trust that unnecessary work is not being done and necessary work is being done well.

Great service very understanding of my needs
