Jerry and Sparky's has a very extensive selection. We were looking for a bike for our grandson and they had several already assembled and available for a trial ride. The parking lot is big and there is not shared with other businesses so it was a safe place to test out the bike. Joe did an excellent job explaining the features of the bike and recommending accessories that were needed.
I think Don is one of the great people I know. He’s affordable and very punctual. Most times I get my bicycle back sooner than expected.

I had an outstanding experience at the Trek Kearny Mesa store. Chris Sandoval was incredibly helpful—he truly listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent recommendations. He let me test‑ride several different models, which made it easy to determine the best bike for my needs. After a 20‑year gap since my last purchase, I appreciated Chris walking me through all the new technology and maintenance considerations. He even kept my nine‑year‑old son involved in the conversation and gave him a test bike to ride, which was a nice touch.
When I returned to pick up the bike, Oliver was equally attentive. He installed the SPD pedals I brought, took me to the test area, and helped fine‑tune the bike with multiple adjustments.
