Not only are the products made with high-quality materials and are durable, the staff is always extremely helpful and willing to work with customers to make for the best experience. Repairs are handled with care, and communication about options is stellar. There is very little upselling; instead the staff seems most interested in finding the best match for the customer. We have been customers for quite some time now, and the level of service has not declined in any way.

Service first…..Travis,Jason,Curtis & Zack, these guys are amazing. If you even are just looking to buy a bike….this is the place to go. North end Tacoma/Ruston. Take the time to go see these 4 guys, I promise you will not find better service anywhere. People buy products from people they like & it would hard not like any of these guys. Just bought second bike in less than a year. I bought a FX 4 sport hybrid from FX 2 hybrid. I just ride in Ruston area so far & these bikes are perfect for enjoying the waterfront, point defiance & Owen’s beach area. Do not wait any longer. They have very affordable bikes to start out too.

Extreme Ski and Bike provided an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I really appreciated their expertise in helping me find exactly the right bike. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to a Trek Domane with electric shifters, and I could not be happier with it. I love the bike.
What stood out even more was the level of service. They spent more than two hours meticulously checking over the bike and getting everything set up perfectly for me. That kind of care, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was just right is rare.
All in all, this was a truly outstanding experience. I am extremely grateful for their knowledge, professionalism, and exceptional service. Highly recommended.
