10/10 service again. The gentleman who served us on Sunday 14th was extremely knowledgable. He was more then happy for me to try x2 bikes around the car park to decide which one felt best for what I need it for. He explained all of the differences between the bikes and ensured I was able to take my new bike home the same day.
He explained all the technical side to the bike, explained the app I needed to download, showed me cheat sheets for if I ever have any technical difficulties,

Bike inventory is good considering the breadth of bike offerings. I’d like to see Trek (and all makes) play fair w independent dealers and offer the bikes I see in Trekbikes.com. I won’t shop the Trek corporate store. I experience service lapses when I shop there. Mach Row sales and service staff are consistently very knowledgeable and. helpful.
